Can anyone use Adusu AlgebraTM?

Yes. Adusu AlgebraTM utilises concrete materials so that students of any age, year level and mathematical skill can physically build and manipulate the expressions, equations and inequalities they encounter in secondary school.

Do I need training to teach students using the Adusu AlgebraTM technique?

In order for the Adusu AlgebraTM technique to be effective as a teaching and learning tool, it is important for teachers to learn the correct Adusu AlgebraTM methods and understand the physical tools. Therefore, any school or individual parent or tutor who purchases a Student or Teacher Kit must also purchase at least one copy of the Instruction Manual.

What are my payment options?

You can choose to make a secure credit card payment during the checkout process (powered by PayPal) or to pay by direct bank deposit (details provided at checkout). Please note that if you pay by direct deposit, there may be a slight delay in shipping your order while we wait for the transaction to appear in our account.

What are the postage and handling costs?

Our New Zealand-wide postage and handling charges (inclusive of GST) are approximately:

  • $12.50 for 0-3 Kits (Student or Teacher)
  • $15.00 for 4-9 Kits (Student or Teacher)
  • $20.00 for 10+ Kits (Student or Teacher)

Can I order Adusu AlgebraTM products if I’m not in New Zealand?

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Please allow 5-10 working days for delivery to all locations within New Zealand. All orders are tracked showing status of delivery. If you require an estimated delivery time for a specific order, please contact us.

If there are any delays in supply of your order we will contact you.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

We do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases. However, you can choose a refund or exchange if your item has a major problem such as damage on arrival or if it’s significantly different to what you ordered. In the unlikely event that your product is damaged on arrival, please take photos of the damage and contact us within seven days to report the problem. We will organise repair of the item or cover the cost of return and replacement.
